Dear Cyndi and Pamela,

Cyndi and Pamela were the most amazing people to work with (total understatement!). My small intimate ceremony was at The Adamson House in Malibu CA (approximately 50 people) and my larger reception was at the Bel Air Country Club in Bel Air Los Angeles CA (approximately 160 people).

I researched countless planners in the LA area and got recommendations but nothing really was a slam dunk. Then I met Cyndi and Pamela and I can honestly say from the first second I met them I knew they were total pros that would deliver the best day (and weekend) of my life! I hired them for the month before the event, but they did several things above and beyond like meeting with the reception venue manager, walk through of the ceremony site, meet with the florist... all these amazing things before they were even technically "on the job"! Plus they were just SOSOSOSO easy to work with. You can tell them your direction, they get it and then they suggest more things to make it even better. I was working a demanding full time job so knowing that they were on the ball and keeping things moving forward allowed me to do a great job at work and then step in to make final decisions with the wedding. I know that these days wedding costs can really get out of control and it's hard to justify a lot of the charges vendors ask for but hands down, Cyndi and Pamela were so worth the money, and if I could make one recommendation on where to spend your money on one particular vendor, it's for an excellent planner. I was completely stress free from the details the days before and most importantly the day of so I could concentrate on this amazing step I was taking in my life.

The event went off so smoothly and yet there were problems that came up (that I didn't know about) but what makes good planners is that I never caught wind of these. Pamela and Cyndi totally kept all the guests happy. The real testament to their fabulocity is sort of more personal... my 2 year old niece was my flower girl and she is not the most well behaved. The night of the rehearsal dinner, my niece was struggling with all the new people and events but that night she was a little angel because of Pamela and Cyndi who sat with her and played w/her, and low and behold she was PERFECT the day of the wedding because she totally trusted Pamela and Cyndi. That's just one small example of the way they went above and beyond to make things go smoothly.

 

I cannot stress highly enough how important it is to have a great right hand on your most important day (or important event). My mom loved working with them so much she hired them for the breakfast at her home the day after my wedding AND for my brother's wedding rehearsal dinner at Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica and they threw the best party!

Thanks Pamela and Cyndi for being dream wedding planners that delivered so far and above my expectations, I wish my words could capture just 1/10th of the magic you created!!!

How can I ever adequately express my appreciation for everything you did to make my daughters wedding beautiful and memorable. How in the world did the two of you so flawlessly oversee the gorgeous beach side ceremony, the pre dinner poolside cocktails and then the dinner for 250 inside a beautiful tent on our tennis court? The flowers were spectacular and added so much to the entire feel and look of the dinner. The bride and groom are still hearing from friends that their wedding was the most beautiful and the most fun of any wedding attended to date. That is high praise as most of them have been to more weddings than they can count! I look at the photographs and appreciate with each viewing all of your work and attention. They all expressed that it was the most personal, elegant and truly exquisite wedding they had been to. I remember being so nervous about everything and you both kept telling me not to worry, that you will handle everything. We gave the dream wedding of a lifetime for our daughter and new son in law at a private vineyard in Malibu. Pam and Cyndi are AMAZING. We hired them to help plan and coordinate day-of for our wedding last year.


The wedding was at the Camarillo Air Force Museum and required a ton of coordinating with outside vendors. We wanted to transform the empty space into something truly memorable and unique, but within our budget. Pam and Cyndi helped us with everything from picking vendors, making wise budget decisions, and selecting decor. They took over anything we needed them to, which made the whole process so much less stressful.

 

Planning a wedding can become a full time job very quickly, so I cannot stress the value in having experts like them helping you make decisions and execute them. It may seem like money you'd rather spend on something else, but I think it was the smartest thing we did because it helps you get the most out of every other wedding expense. This is especially trueon the day-of; you put so much time, energy and money into planning the day, you don't want to spend it worrying about how it's going to come together. Pam and Cyndi made the entire day so perfect because they took care of EVERYTHING. From keeping the makeup and photographers on-schedule to packing up gifts and the leftover food after the reception.

Simply, our wedding was the best day of our life (so far) and Pam and Cyndi were responsible for that. We cannot thank them enough.

Just a quick note to let you know that last night’s event was a huge success, due in no small part to your very generous assistance!

A capacity crowd turned out for the event.
